I’m Tammy Coleman, a full-time Real Estate Professional and Property Manager serving Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, and the surrounding Coastal Virginia area.

A Virginia Beach native and Kempsville High School graduate, I’ve called Hampton Roads home my entire life. I began my real estate career in 2002, and more than two decades later, I still love what I do. That experience has given me the opportunity to work through changing markets, challenging transactions, investment properties, rentals, renovations, and just about every curveball real estate can throw our way.

Property Management

My experience goes well beyond the sale. I also provide professional property management services for residential investment properties throughout Coastal Virginia.

From marketing and tenant placement to lease administration, maintenance coordination, inspections, rent collection, and the everyday issues that come with owning rental property, I help owners protect their investment while taking the day-to-day management off their plate.

Because I work in both sales and property management, I can also help investors look at the bigger picture—whether that means purchasing a rental, preparing a property for the market, managing it for the long term, or deciding when it may be time to sell.

I earned my Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Tidewater Community College and my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Management from Old Dominion University. Combined with more than 20 years of hands-on real estate experience, that background shapes the practical, business-minded approach I bring to every client and property.

Most importantly, I believe relationships matter. Many clients come back to me years later—or send their friends, family members, and children my way. That trust means everything to me.
